1 90-Day Comprehensive Repair Warranty
All display screen combos, touch digitizers, and replacement batteries carry a full 90-day store replacement warranty against touch failure or manufacturing defects.
2 Exclusion of Accidental Damage
The 90-day warranty does not cover subsequent accidental drops, physical cracks, glass breakage, liquid immersion, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
3 Customer Data Backup Responsibility
While hardware repairs preserve customer data, customers are encouraged to back up critical files before submitting devices for complex motherboard micro-soldering.
4 Unclaimed Devices Policy
Devices repaired and ready for pickup must be claimed within 60 days of completion notification. Unclaimed devices beyond 90 days may be recycled to recover component costs.
Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with repair.gcscit.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
